To maintain the best performance, consumables and parts such as the rollers for paper
transfer/separation which would deteriorate due to time
and usage and have to be replaced. To avoid failures caused by these parts, daily and
preventive maintenance should be conducted.

Daily maintenance and replacement of consumables have to be conducted by users.
When you have failures, service personnel may ask you to get error information from
the device

