This chapter discusses early performance considerations regarding the DS6000 series.

Disk Magic modelling for DS6000 is going to be available in early 2005. Contact your IBM
sales representative for more information about this tool and the benchmark testing that was
done by the Tucson performance measurement lab.

Note that Disk Magic is an IBM internal modelling tool.
