Storage Mode
Defines under which conditions data sets shall be stored to the trend data memory.
Interval timer
: system stores a data set to trend memory after each time interval.
Store input
: system stores a data set to trend memory each time the store input (terminal 27) gets
high.
Interval and store input
: system stores a data set to trend memory on the next store input signal after
the time interval has expired.
Interval or store input
: system stores a data set to trend memory after interval time has expired or if
the store input goes high.
Within speed range, Interval
: system stores a data set to trend memory as soon as the speed
window is reached, and then afer each interval periode, as long as within speed range. The speed
window is defined by the two speed alarm settings on tab Alarm Set 0.
Within speed range, after interval
: after reaching the speed window the system watis for interval
time before the first data set is stored. Then it stroes after each time interval as long as the speed
window is true.
Interval FFT,
The settings for Interval Spectrum are only relevant for users of Record Control Pro software. It
defines in which intervals and at which sampling rate a time waveform should get stored for FFT
spectrum calculation. The instrument can hold only the most recent spectrum (respectively time
waveform) for each vibration input. If the interval is set to 0, the system will not take spectral readings.
Setting Database
The settings database allows you to store data sets of frequently used setups. This makes it easy to
configure multiple instruments using the same parameters. There are 99 data sets available.
How to store a configuration in the settings database:
1. Make all required entries in the options described above. Click “store changes”.
2. Choose a data record in the settings database by clicking on the desired row. Enter a name
for the data set.
3. Click “Store setup to file”. Type your password an click OK. The data set is stored now.
How to use a configuration set from the setting database:
1. Select the instrument which shall get configured from the instrument selection dropdown box.
2. Select the configuration set from the settings database by clicking into the desired row.
