It is possible to check the information registered for the “Viewnetcam.com” service by accessing the
URL displayed beside “Your Account Link”. When the URL is not displayed, check that the PC is being
connected to the Internet, and click the [Set] button.

If access often fails due to the change in the global address of router, set a smaller value for “Access
interval”.

Configure port forwarding without UPnP
If you use a router that does not support UPnP, manually configuring the port forwarding feature on the router
is required.
1.
Click the [Network] tab on the Network page.
2.
In “Network Settings”, select “Static”.
3.
Check the IP address and port number displayed here, and edit them if necessary. (Required when
configuring port forwarding for the router.)
4.
Click the [Set] button.
5.
Configure port forwarding while referring to the instruction manual of the router.

When configuring, use the IP address and port number that you checked in step 3.
•
Depending on the router, the port forwarding feature may be described as address translation, static
IP masquerading, virtual server, or port mapping.

If you manually configure port forwarding to your router, be sure to set “Auto port forwarding” to “Off”.

[Host name]
Enter the host name to be used for the Dynamic DNS Update service.

Enter in the form of “(host name). (domain name)”.
