When engine running, the low rpm of engine increase or decrease
by 25 rpm by operating this switch.
Engine low rpm returns to normal value when engine restarted.
This switch is used to operate the wiper and washer on the top of
the cab.
The washer liquid is sprayed and the wiper is operated only while
pressing this switch.
