This pedal controls the engine speed. The engine speed will
increase in proportion to the degree of force applied to this pedal.
Unless this pedal is pressed, the truck will run at low idling.

movement when lifting up or putting down loads.
Do not put your foot on the inching pedal or brake pedal unless
using it.

By pulling up the lever, the wheel is adjustable to
telescope.
