Solid Rubber (Cushioned) Tires Repair
Remove Wheels From Lift Truck
WARNING
The type of tire is shown on the Nameplate. Make sure
the Nameplate is correct for the type of tires on the lift
truck.
Wheels must be changed and tires repaired by trained
personnel only.
Always wear safety glasses.
Lift truck tires and wheels are very heavy. Use caution
when removing or installing tires and wheels or per-
sonal injury may occur.
NOTE:
Solid rubber tires made from softer or harder mate-
rial can be installed as optional equipment. The tread on
solid rubber tires can be either smooth or it can have lugs.
DO NOT mix types of tires or tread on lift truck.

Raise the lift truck as described in

Remove the wheel nuts and remove the wheel from the
lift truck. Lift truck wheels are heavy.
Remove and Install Tire on Wheel
WARNING
Lift truck tires and wheels are very heavy. Use caution
when removing or installing tires and wheels or per-
sonal injury may occur.
NOTE:
Make sure the tires are installed on the wheels so
that the outside edges of the tire and wheel are as shown
in
. Also check the Nameplate of the lift truck for
the correct tire size and tread width.
