of the master cylinder without bubbles.
-
Now and then, extract fluid from the master cylinder reservoir
to prevent overflow.
- Tighten the bleeder screw and remove the bleeding syringe
with the hose.
-
Correct the fluid level of the hydraulic clutch.

Position the cover with the membrane. Mount and tighten the
screws.
Info
Clean up overflowed or spilled brake fluid immediately
with water.
The antihopping system reduces the actuation force and
improves clutch controllability.
Ride stability is enhanced as the engine braking effect causes
less slip on the rear wheel thanks to the antihopping system.
The antihopping system uses a two-part inner clutch hub. The
individual parts are connected via helical gears.
The clutch spring preload can be adjusted if necessary.

During acceleration, the engine torque pushes the two parts of
the inner clutch hub against one another via the helical gears.
This force acts in addition to the clutch springs on the clutch lin
ings.
This additional contact force allows for a lower preload on the
clutch springs. The actuation force on the clutch lever is thus
lower.
