Trace configurations (only applicable to Sonicaid
paper)
The FM800E automatically adjusts the configuration of the printout to make best use of
the available space on the paper according to the number and type of channels
(transducers) in use.
The following illustrations summarise the standard configurations.

Single scales, 1cm/min:
FFHR Scale:

FHR Scale:

FHR Graticule:

Notes:
The Ultrasound 1, Ultrasound 2 and ECG (MECG or FECG) channels are displayed in the
upper section, with the Toco and MSpO2 trace in the lower section. A key is printed to
allow the different trace types to be identified.
The time, date and chart speed are printed every 10 minutes at 1cm/min and every
5 minutes at the other speeds.
By default, the date, time and chart speed are printed at the top of the upper section,
before the trace key. In these examples however, the total length of the text would exceed
the space available, so the date, time and speed are printed at the bottom of this section.
The
symbol is the alignment marker for the printed time.
