4. SAFETY DEVICES
The TCX3000 tyre changer is fitted with a series of devices intended to assure the operator’s safety:
- Pneumatic safety valve (fig. A/1), installed inside the body of the machine, prevents the inflation pressure from exceeding 4 bar.
- Relief valve (fig. A/2), incorporated in the hydraulic circuit, limits the maximum circuit pressure to 110 bar.
For TCX3000 with GT300 accessory:
- Relief valve on tank (fig. A/3), installed on the tank, is tripped if the compressed air supply
pressure exceeds 11 bar.
- Pneumatic safety valve (fig. A/4)
, prevents operation of the inflation device if it is not
correctly positioned on the wheel.
WARNING: Tampering with or removing the safety devices constitutes
a breach of European regulations and relieves the producer from
liability for consequent or related damage.

5. TRANSPORT
The machine is supplied in cardboard packaging on a pallet.
The machine in its packaging weighs 490 kg:
Handle the tyre changer using a fork-lift, inserting the forks in the points shown (Fig. B)
from the shipping label side.
