Take out filter shell.There is O-ring over top shell,apply a thin layer of silicone lubricant to the O-ring to extend its service
life.Do not put too much lubricant.

Strike cartridge by screwdriver.Then install new one.note:do not rotate the cartridge during loosen screw.

Re-install the shell of air filter and filter cup.
7. Cutting machine cooling system maintenance
1)
Coolant discharge
⑴
Check switch under off status on the power panel,strike coolant tube(with red tape) from rear power,and put it into
one 20L container.
⑵
Press button “8”
，
keep for 5s,pump start.
⑶
Keep pump running till no coolant flow out,then loosen button “8” immediately.
Note: Water pump may be damaged if keep running without load long time.
2)
Coolant filer
Note: when strike coolant filter shell,flow out some coolant.In consequence,before maintenance
coolant filter,shall discharge coolant.
Regularly check coolant filter.Observe from outside,if too much impurities inside filter,during coolant system working,but
no cutting status,open filer drain valve,discharge impurities(note:discharge by soft tube from drain vale,or contains coolant
with impurities ).The operation will make the coolant less than level in the water tank,shall add enough the required
coolant.If the impurities too much,not able to discharge from drain valve,please use the professional tools to clear.
(Note:Do not use strong acid or alkali cleaning cleaning, must not damage the filter gauze.)if necessary,please replace filter
gauze,replace step as follows:

Turn off power supply.
⑵
Strike filter shell.
⑶
Only get Air filter cover
⑷
Install new air filter cover
⑸
Re-install the air filter shell.
⑹
Put in new coolant
3)
Coolant flow sensor maintenance
Regularly check and maintenance coolant flow sensor,shall clear up the impurities accumulated inside coolant flow
sensor,otherwise it affect the actually value of coolant flow,causing false alarm.The step of clearing up the coolant flow
sensor regularly.
