Choose the desired protocol to load Boot ROM.
Step 2: Choose option
3
, that is, choosing XModem protocol and the system enters
the menu for setting download rate.
Please select your download baudrate:
1. 9600
2. 19200
3. 38400
4. 57600
5. 115200*
0. Return
Enter your choice (0-5):5
Step 3: Select the appropriate download speed based on the actual requirements.
For example, enter option
5
to select the download rate 115200 bps. Press <Enter>
and the terminal will display the following information:
Are you sure to update your bootrom?(Y/N)
Step 4: Type Y and the system starts downloading the file; type N and the system
returns to the download program menu. Take the first case as an example. Press
Enter and get the following output:
Download baudrate is 115200 bps.
Please change the terminal's baudrate to 115200 bps and select XMODEM protocol.
Press enter key when ready.
Note:
If you choose the download rate 9600 bps, you can directly enter step 7 without modifying the baudrate
of HyperTerminal.
Step 5: Ether
File > Properties
of HyperTerminal and click <Configure> in the
popup window to configure the Console port. Set its baudrate to 115200 bps.
