3.3 Connection of Console Cable
3.3.1 Console Cable
Console cable is an 8-core shielded cable. Its one end is an RJ-45 connector,
inserted into the Console port of the switch; the other end is a DB-9 (female) plug,
inserted into a 9-core (male) serial socket. The Console cable is shown in the
following figure.
