2. Select application file to boot
3. Display all files in flash
4. Delete file from flash
5. Modify bootrom password

5.2.2 Using XModem and through Console Port
I. XModem overview
XModem protocol is a file transmission protocol that is widely used for its simplicity.
XModem protocol transfer files through the Console port. It can transfer data
packets of 128 bytes and 1 K bytes, and support checksum and CRC check modes.
The data packets can be retransmitted for several times (often 10 times) if error
occurs during their transmission.
XModem transmission is performed jointly by receiving program and sending
program. The receiving program sends negotiation character for check mode
negotiation. Upon the settlement of negotiation, the sending program starts sending
data packets. The receiving program checks the first complete data packet after
receiving it with the negotiated method. The acknowledgement characters are sent
after passing the check and then the sending program continues to send the next
packet. If the check fails, the negative characters will be sent and the sending
program will send this packet again.
II. Loading BOOTROM
Step 1: When the system prompts
Enter your choice (0-5)
in Boot menu, press
Ctrl+U to enter the menu for loading Boot ROM.
