3 Installation Guide

3.4.5 (Optional) Moving the Cabinet to the Installation Position
(Disassembled Cabinet)

Context



The cabinet is too large to move to the installation position.



Exhaust nitrogen in the system before disassembling the cabinet.



Number each cabinet door after disassembling the cabinet to avoid mixing them up.
After you move the cabinet to the installation position, assemble the cabinet in reverse
order of the disassembling procedure and based on the cabinet door numbers.



The following uses a three-door cabinet as an example to describe the disassembling
procedure.



Connect every two modules together using eight quick release screws, four on the front
door and four on the rear door.



Collect the cables in the first module after removing the terminals from the fan power
cable, electric heater power cable, and electric heater signal cable to avoid damaging the
cables due to module separation.

Procedure

Step 1

Remove the rear door of the cabinet. (For downflow units, remove the fan maintenance baffle
plate at the front door too.)
