14.5 Why is the app loaded slowly?

1.

Try using this app on another phone. If the problem also occurs, it is caused by the app
instead of your phone.

Then, check whether the app is protected. You are suggested to set the app to the
protected state. If the app is not protected, your phone kills the app after the screen is
locked for saving power. As a result, the app can't be loaded quickly in the next time.

14.6 Why are apps slow to launch from within folders?

This is usually because the app is badly-designed, loads slowly, and doesn't have a welcome
screen. Please update the app to the latest version.

If you continue to experience this problem after updating the app, please make a note of the
package name and version then report the issue to customer service.

14.7 Why can't I disable the traffic monitoring function?

notification during charging.
