To prevent the hosts attached to an interface from joining certain multicast groups, you can specify
an ACL on the interface as a packet filter. As a result, the receive hosts attached to this interface can
join only the multicast groups that the ACL permits.

This configuration only limits the number of multicast groups that the interface dynamically joins.
