Troubleshooting

Troubleshooting Steps

Follow these basic steps for troubleshooting the array:

1 

Check the state of the array and the status of the field replaceable units 

(FRUs) in the array. See 

"Array State & Status" on page 76

. 

2 

Check the array controller logs. See 

"Checking Array Controller Logs" on 

page 87

.

3 

Replace any faulty FRU or repair the array.

4 

Verify the array is operational and that no amber fault LEDs, error 

messages, or Warning states are displayed.
