Remove the processor from the processor retaining bracket.
18.
Install the processor socket protective cover in each processor socket.
19.
Retain all of the information on the serial label pull tab for use in installing the new system board.
20.
Remove the enclosure connector covers from the new system board and install the enclosure
connector covers on the damaged system board.
To replace the system board:
1.
Place the new graphics server blade system board with base pan on a flat level surface.
IMPORTANT:
Install all components in the same configuration prior to removing the system
board.

If the graphics server blade had only one processor installed, install the heatsink blank in
processor socket 2 ("

3.
Open each of the processor locking levers in the order indicated, and then open the processor
retaining bracket.
