•3. Place the antistatic bars under the substrate and fit them into the slots in each bracket.
Note:
Ensure that the bar fits evenly in the brackets and does not jut out more on one
side than on the other.
•4. Secure the brackets in the holes on the Rewinder table with one screw each.
Installing the ILD cooling assembly on the ILD support bar
•1. Take the ILD from where it was placed near the junction box and install it
on the ILD bar.
•2. From the Output of the printing engine, install the ILD cooling unit hose
onto the bottom of the ILD cooling assembly to the right of the filter
housing. Use two M3 Allen screws.
•3. The ILD cooling unit has a screw (M3) and pin on its bottom to secure it to
the ILD cooling bracket. Disconnect the ILD cooling unit from the bracket
and from the hose.
•4. Route the hose straight down to the ILD bar.
•5. Mark the center spot of the ILD assembly on the ILD support bar.
•6. Move the ILD assembly to the left and mount the ILD cooling bracket on
the ILD support bar.
