Figure 142 MPT-4099-51 Light guard assembly
Note:
The light guard assembly P/N MPT-4099-52 has been modified to include the ILD
cooling fan and air tube unit. The modified light guard assembly’s name has been
changed to ILD cooling assembly (P/N CA292-00840).
•1. Remove the ozone hose from the top of the light guard assembly by pulling
and turning it until it comes out of the plate (See Figure 140).
•2. Remove the wing screws that secure the hose connection plate and
remove the filter from the light guard assembly. Save the screws for later
reinstallation.
•3. There are four M6 Allen screws (two in front and two in back) that secure
the light guard assembly in place. Unscrew the light guard assembly and
remove it from the press.
•4. Three M3 Allen screws secure the carbon filter housing to the light guard.
Remove the carbon filter housing and save the screws to install them onto
the ILD cooling assembly.
•5. Remove the air tube unit from the bottom of the ILD cooling assembly (P/N
CA292-00840) by unscrewing the two M3 Allen screws.
•6. Using the original M3 Allen screws, install the carbon filter housing from the
light guard assembly onto the ILD cooling assembly.
•7. Place the carbon filter in the housing.
