•5.  Repeat steps 1-3 for each of the other three screws that secure the drive 

motor to the plate. 

The following procedures describe installing the Output assembly. 

Note:

 

This procedure requires two people. 

 

•1.  Close and secure the GDB panel cover. 

•2.  Put the top panel gasket in place. 

•3.  Lift the Output assembly unit and set it on the pins on the front and rear 

walls of the press. 

Note:

 

Be careful that all cables are pulled out of the way and do not get caught between 
the Output assembly walls and the press. 

 

•4.  Tighten the three screws on the front wall and the three screws on the rear 

wall to secure the Output assembly unit in the press. Alternate the 
tightening of the screws to ensure that the assembly fits evenly in the 
press.

•5.  Plug the encoder and power connectors onto the FP motor. 

•6.  Connect the Upper Nip interlock UL cable.
