Setting position of the vacuum box
•1. Insert paper in the Unwinder.
•2. Set the position of the vacuum box in the Unwinder so the paper is in the
center of the vacuum box.
•3. Use a level to test and adjust the vacuum box so it sits level in the press. If
the vacuum box must be leveled, release the screws in the four brackets,
and tighten them when vacuum box is level.
•4. Ensure that the Unwinder long antistatic brush brushes against the paper
as it comes out of the Unwinder.
Post installation procedures
Before printing for the first time after the above described installations procedures
have been implemented, the following procedures must be performed:

Second transfer adjustment
Note:
When performing the seconded transfer calibration procedure with the new Input
assembly unit, ensure that the filler gauge is not left in the gap between the ITM
drum and the impression roller while engaging the drums.
