Running the replication wizard
The Replication Wizard is used to create new mappings between Non-Replicating Libraries (which
become Replication Source Libraries) and either existing or new Target Libraries. (See
“
Recovering a source appliance
” on page 94 for information about the Recovery wizard.)
On the Mapping Configuration page select the
non-replicating library on the source appliance.
1.
Select Start Replication Wizard.
2.
Select the target appliance (or create a new one).
3.
Select the target library (or create a new one).
4.
Edit slot mapping name and map required slots
between source and target.
5.
Confirm and finish configuration.
Create backup rotation scheme and allow first full
backup to run
When cartridges are synchronized, relocate target
appliance to target site.
