CrossBar
The CrossBar levels the seedbed in front of the
packer tyres.
It is hydraulically connected to its own control
unit and can be adjusted while driving.
The front right hand scale shows the working depth.
CrossBar
The hydraulic cylinders are connected in series.
In order to assure synchronism of the cylinders
and perfect adjustment of all piston rods to the
end stop, all cylinders should be completely
extended before starting work.
Harrow in front of packer
The harrow in front of the packer levels the loos-
ened seedbed and distributes existing harvest
residues.

Setting
The adjustment is made with the bolts in the
hole matrix.

Lift the machine and unload the harrow.
¾
Remove the bolts and reinsert them as re-
quired for working depth, harvesting residues
and fi eld conditions.
¾
If there is a risk of blockage or in case of high
harvesting residues, the harrow can be swiv-
elled up and locked in top position.
Insert all bolts in the same position.
