Unfolding:
1. Hitch the machine. The machine
MUST
be connected to a tractor for proper
support.
2. Switch on the E-Manager.
3. Select the unfold button on the display.
4. Press the button for lifting and unfolding.
The button will turn green.
5. Lift the wings. When they are at 70° the
wings will automatically switch to unfold.
6. Continue to unfold the wings until they
are completely unfolded.
a. If machine is equipped with
sliding gauge wheels a red
colored icon will appear.
NOTE: Activate the slide
function before continuing
with the unfold procedure! Do
NOT attempt to slide the gauge
wheels in/out with the wheels
contacting the ground or
damage will occur!
7. Remove any cylinder stops that may
have been previously inserted to the
wing-flex cylinders (4-section 60’
toolbars only).
8. The button to lower the wings will now be
black. Select it and it will turn green.
9. Lower the wings. At 22° the wings will
stop lowering and the ‘OK’ button will turn
black.
NOTE: If equipped with sliding gauge
wheels the ‘OK’ button or check mark
will NOT be displayed and the
operator will automatically be
navigated back to the main screen.
10. Select the ‘OK’ button to exit the unfold
menu.
