Roller Speed
The operating speed of the fold rollers is adjustable.
The speed of the feed rotor is also adjusted by the
same control.
Delivery Speed
The speed of the delivery conveyor belts is adjustable.

Adjusting the Production Speed and the Working Condition
Conveyor
This changes the operation mode of the conveyor.
The conveyor works continuously when
(Continuous) is selected. When
(Intermittent) is selected, the conveyor runs only
when a sheet has passed through the sensor, and
during the pause time.

Adjust the vacuum timing for the feed
rotor.
Pause Time
The pause time can be adjusted
only when pause mode is selected.

- If the vacuum time is too short,
misfeeding may occur.
- For a long feed time, turn the knob
to the right. The LED lights when
the vacuum is active.
- When using sheets which are
thicker, larger or heavier, use a
longer feed time.

When the knob is turned all of the way to the left, the
delivery conveyor belts may stop rotating.
Feed Interval
Adjust the feed interval.
The feed interval is timed from
the moment one sheet is delivered
to the fold section until the
following sheet is fed.
