If you scan the
Require Concatenation
code, the scanner must see and read the
coupon code and extended coupon code in a single read to transmit the data. No
data is output unless both codes are read.

Addenda Timeout
You can set a time during which the scanner looks for an addenda. If an addenda is
not found within this time period, the data can be either transmitted or discarded,
based on the setting you are using for
UPC-A/EAN-13 with Extended Coupon
. Set the length (in milliseconds) for this timeout by scanning the barcode
below, then setting the timeout (from 0-120 milliseconds) by scanning digits from
the
beginning on page 291 of this manual, then
Save
.

= 500.

The Addenda Timeout setting is applied to all addenda and coupon code searches.
Coupon GS1 DataBar Output
If you scan coupons that have both UPC and GS1 Databar codes, you may wish to
scan and output only the data from the GS1 Databar code. Scan the
GS1 Output
