Adjustment

1. Remove the front seat (page 139).

2. Remove the clips (page 143).

3. Fold open the rubber dust cover.

4. Slide the sleeve back to expose the throttle cable adjuster.

5. Loosen the lock nut.

6. Turn the adjuster to obtain the correct freeplay.

7. Tighten the lock nut and reinstall the sleeve.

8. After adjustment, check for smooth operation of the accelerator pedal.

9. Install the remaining parts in the reverse order of removal.
