When jacking up and supporting this vehicle, the following jack-up 

points and support points should be used.

When using a jack, always abide by the following instructions.

• Do not leave the engine running.

• (SXS1000M3/M3D/M5/M5D only)

Move the drive mode select lever into 4WD Diff Lock position and 

move the shift select lever into the park (P) position.

(SXS1000M3L/M5L only)

Move the drive mode select lever into 

I

 - 4WD position and move 

the shift select lever into the park (P) position.

• Use only on a firm level surface.

• Place a jack only at the specified jack-up point.

• Do not leave any person or cargo in the vehicle.

• Do not place any object above or under a jack.
