41. Wrap electrical tape around the accessory

socket harness connector disconnected in step
11; it will not be reused. Secure the accessory
socket harness to the 

i-

VES harness with one

wire tie in the area shown.

43. Reinstall the center lower console with the four

screws removed in step 12. Do not reinstall the
two bolts; they are not reused.

If the vehicle you are working on is equipped with
a navigation unit, continue with step 42;
otherwise, go to step 44.

42. Secure the navagation unit harness freed from

the body frame in step 13 to the 

i-VES

 harness

with one wire tie.

44. At the rear of the center lower console, remove

and discard the vehicle bolt, and install the
8 x 25 mm bolt from the kit. Repeat on the other
side of the center console.

45. Reinstall the center lower trim removed in

step 9.

46. Install the right VCP bracket using two of the

self-tapping screws removed in step 10; then
secure the lower bracket with two plain washers,
and one 8 mm flange nut.
