WARNING
Danger due to electrical voltage! Handling the machine with the power supply up can
lead to serious injuries or even death. Always disconnect the machine from the
power supply before carrying out any adjustment or conversion work and secure
machine it against unintentional reconnection!

19.1.1
Switching on the machine
NOTICE
Note that the machine can only be started if the EMERGENCY
STOP is unlocked, the
chuck guard is closed and all position switches are activated.
To switch on the machine, turn the main switch (1) to
position ON and the speed selector switch horizontal milling
spindle (2) in position "langsam" (slow) or "schnell" (fast).
The main switch of the machine is located on the switch box.
The machine (vertical milling spindle) is started by actuating
the rotation direction button vertical milling spindle left or
right (3).
The machine (horizontal milling spindle) is started by
actuating the rotation direction button horizontal milling
spindle left or right (4).
19.1.2
Coolant system
Press coolant pump ON-button (1) on the control panel. The coolant pump
switches on and pumps the coolant fluid from the coolant tank into the
coolant nozzle.
Press coolant pump OFF-button (2) on the control panel. The coolant
pump switches off.
