9.3 Magnification/compression Ratio Along
the Time Axis
By magnifying the waveform, detailed observations can be
made. By compressing the waveform, an entire change can
be promptly apprehended.
Magnification/compression of the screen uses the left edge
as reference, regardless of the status of the A/B cursor.
The magnification/compression factor can be changed also
after measurement is completed.
Procedure
Waveform Screen
1. Press the
DISP
button to display the Waveform Screen.
2. Move the flashing cursor to the position shown in the
figure below and select the magnification or compression
ratio using the
buttons.
