2. Use the arrow keys to move the laser beam to the edge of the sample. Click

Alternatively the user can enter the coordinates for the 3 points.
Defining a Center/Radius Scan
A center-radius scan is defined by the center and radius of the desired circular
region. Follow these steps to define a circular scan:
1. Select Center/Radius from the drop-down menu under Scan Region . The
scan control now looks like Figure 4.11 below.
