System Shutdown 

8.  Ensure that no scan is running.  If a scan is in progress and it is not 

necessary to complete it, press the 

Abort Scan 

button.  This will end the 

scan at the current measurement point and save the data collected up to that 
point. 

9.  Close the Exicor software. 
10. Push the 

red

 

button on the start/stop switch.  All devices inside the scanning 

module will shut down.  The PC and monitor can be shut down independently 
if necessary.
