2. Install the fan cage (Installing the fan cage).
3. If removed, do the following:
• Install the processor mezzanine tray (

• Install the CPU Mezzanine UPI performance kit (

4. Install the access panel (Installing the access panel).
5. Install the server into the rack (Installing the server into the rack).
6. Connect each power cord to the server.
7. Connect each power cord to the power source.
8. Power up the server.
Removing the processor mezzanine tray
Procedure
1. Power down the server.
2. Remove all power:
a. Disconnect each power cord from the power source.
b. Disconnect each power cord from the server.
3. Do one of the following:
• Extend the server from the rack (

• Remove the server from the rack (
Removing the server from the rack).
4. Remove the access panel (Removing the access panel).
