Change Active Job Settings
Press JOB button at the bottom of the Active Overview screen to jump to Active Job screen
Yellow windows represent area values that can be changed.
Green Text boxes display values that are currently being used in the PLC.
Robot Setup:
Robot Cycle – The on and off angles represent the OK to enter press window
Robot in press E-stop – If the robot is in the press within this window, the press well immediately
stop
Robot Program:
Program # - is used by the robot control to compare the current job running in the press with the
current job in the robot control.
Robot Wait Time – Is the amount of time the press will wait, at top, for the initiation signal from the robot
control. Once timed out the press will need to be armed and started by the operator.
Press Save Changes to save these settings to the current job.
Return to the Active Overview and Press “Save to Recipe” to save the changes permanently in the Job
Recipe.
