First Stage Temperature Limits

The fourth parameter of the RELAYS function allows you to establish the 
upper and lower first stage temperature limits of the cryopump as shown in 
Figure 3-51.  The upper limit is designated as UL and the lower limit is 
designated as LL.

Second Stage Temperature Limits

The fifth parameter of the RELAYS function allows you to establish the
