Press DOWN or UP arrow to scroll through numeric values
until desired number of seconds is displayed.
Press ENTER to immediately begin Leak Decay Test.
When test is complete the decay value will be displayed in the
unit of measure selected previously. Pressure decrease will
display as a positive value, pressure increase will display as a
negative value.
