Filling for the first time
The reservoir for the thermal fluid can hold between 20 and 33 litres (see chapter
“Attachments, Technical data”).
Filling of the device is supported by a software program. If the fill level is too low:
▪ the pump and cooling unit will not start
▪ the Fill mode starts automatically.
➜ Close the drain valve by turning the valve
fully to the left.

✓ The device is switched on.
✓ The " Fill mode" submenu appears on
the display.
➜ Carefully remove the cover for the
filling pipe by pulling it upwards.
➜ Carefully fill the reservoir with thermal
fluid via the filling pipe using a funnel.

✓ The display shows the value "0" as the
fill level to the right of "started".
➜ Observe the fill level indicator.
➜ An acoustic signal sounds at intervals
once the value has risen to 4-5.
✓ The device is filled sufficiently.
➜ Connect your external consumer (see chapter “Assembly, Peripheral connections”).
➜ Press the "Standby" softkey to fill the external consumer.
➜ Continue to refill thermal fluid until the fill level rises to 4-5 again and an acoustic signal
will sound.
➜ End the filling process and close the reservoir with the cover.
➜ Press the down

arrow button to select “Exit filling”.
➜ Press the "ESC" softkey to exit the "Fill mode" menu.
✓ You return to the base menu.
The intervals between the signal tones are shortened until a contin-
uous tone is heard if the filling process does not end. A continuous tone
indicates that the device is overfilled and cannot be started. Before
starting the pump, some thermal fluid must be drained first
