WORK AREA
•
Keep work area clean and well lit. Cluttered and dark areas invite accidents.
•
Check the landscape where the machine will be used and remove all objects such as stones,
toys, sticks and wires, which could be caught and thrown away. Damage of the machine or
operator’s injury could be caused.
•
Do not operate this machine in explosive atmospheres, such as in the presence of flammable
liquids, gases, or dust. Machine create sparks which may ignite the dust or fumes.
•
Keep children and bystanders away while operating the machine. Distractions can cause you
to lose control.
PROTECTIVE EqUIPMENT

Use eye protection. Sparks generated during working or splinters, chips and dust emitted by
the device can cause loss of sight.

Use dust mask. Dust which is injurious to health can be generated when working on wood
and other materials. Never use the device to work on any materials containing asbestos!

emitted by the device can cause injury.
SAFETY GUIDELINES FOR WORKING WITH THE DEVICE

Before operation make sure that receiving hopper is empty.

Keep head, hair and body at distance from the receiving opening.

Do not touch the filling funnel during the operation. After switching the machine off, the
crushing roller still rotates for a few seconds.

Ensure balance and good stability. Never lean forward and never stand higher than device

Never throw in any hard material such as metals, stones, glass or other foreign objects.
•
Do not use the machine in rain or bad weather. Work only in daylight or in a good artificial light.
•
Do not use the machine when you are tired or restless, if you consumed alcohol or drugs.
Take regular breaks and work sensibly.

Switch the unit off and disconnect from power supply in following cases:
– when you stop using the machine, during the transport or when you leave the
machine unattended
– when you do any work on the unit, such as unclogging, cleaning, maintenance or
inspection
– when changing the spare parts
– if the electric or extension cable is damaged
– if you are going to move or lift the machine
– if you experience unusual vibrations or noise (always check for damage before re-
starting the unit)
– if there is a foreign object caught in the machine

Do not allow material to be accumulated in discharge area, it could prevent proper discharge
and cause blowback of the material in receiving opening.

Do not transport, lift or turn device with the engine running.
