Telescopic masts

2 - Lowering for repairs

2.1 - PRINCIPLE

The lowering for repairs function allows the operator in the platform to descend again in case
of failure of the main power source.

2.2 - PROCEDURE

For : STAR 6 (STAR 13)

For : STAR 8 (STAR 22J)-STAR 10 (STAR 26J)

Push the emergency valve located under the chassis.

Lowering the mast manually

• Pull the mast lowering solenoid valve control to lower the

mast.

• Release it to halt lowering

Lowering the jib manually

• Press the centre of the solenoid valve to lower the jib.

• Release it to halt lowering.
