2.3 - REGULAR CHECKS
The machine must be inspected regularly (intervals according to the country of use)and at
least once a year, in order to detect any defect which may lead to an accident.
The inspection is carried out by a company or person chosen by the manager and is under his
responsibility (Company employee or other).
The result of inspections must be recorded in the safety register opened by the manager. This
register and the list of designated persons must be available to the Work Inspector and
company safety committee at all times.

2.4 - REPAIRS AND ADJUSTMENTS
Extensive repairs, interventions or adjustments on the safety systems or elements.
HAULOTTE Services® technicians are specially trained to the requirements of our machines
and have genuine spare parts, all the necessary documentation and tools required.
If one of these safety instructions is not complied with, HAULOTTE Services® can in no way
be held responsible for the consequences.
Any modification without having obtained written authorization from HAULOTTE®, renders
this conformity null..
2.5 - CHECKS WHEN THE MACHINE IS PUT BACK IN SERVICE
Intervention to be made after :
• Extensive dismantling and remounting.
• Repairs involving essential elements of the machine.
• Any accident causing stress.
Perform a fitness for function inspection, condition inspection and static and dynamic tests
(Consult the After Sales Service HAULOTTE Services®).
