Dismantling / Reassembling wheels reducer

MS0026

5 - Input carrier disassembly

Using a 1/8" diameter punch, drive the Roll Pin ( 4G ) into the Planet Shaft ( 3E ) until it bottoms
against the Carrier ( 3A ).

Using a soft face hammer, tap the Planet Shaft ( 3E ) out of the Carrier ( 3A ).

Using a 1/8" diameter punch, drive the Roll Pin ( 4G ) out of the Planet Shaft ( 3E ).

THE

UNIT

Siide the Planet Gear ( 3F )and the 2 Thrust Washers ( 3B ) out of the Carrier ( 3A ).

Remove the 14 needle Bearings ( 3C ) from the bore of the Planet Gear ( 3F ).

Repeat steps for each of the 2 remaining planet gears.
