Diagnostic Report
The Diagnostic Report feature assists advanced users and Harmonic technical support in
debugging field issues if and when they occur.
Front Panel
To generate a diagnostic report with the front panel:
1. Navigate
Root > Configuration > Unit > Licensing
.
2. Select
Root > Configuration > Unit > Licensing
.
The Diagnostic Report is generated in a directory called
Report
in the Compact Flash memory.
Web Manager
To generate a diagnostic report:
1. Select
Unit > System
.
The
Administration
box displays on the
System
tab.
2. Select
Generate
from the
Diagnostic Report
drop-down menu in the
Administration
box.
The Diagnostic Report is generated in a directory called

Initiate
