Appendix E: RMS Room Commissioning
Overview
This section provides instructions for configuring RMS to work correctly with Acendo Book panels. These
instructions make the following assumptions:
The Acendo Book Configuration Wizard has successfully complete
The user has administrative access to the RMS server
The process of configuring Google resources for use with Acendo Book panels entails the following:
1.
Create a Location for the Acendo Book Client Gateway
2.
Assign a Resource Profile to the location (Resource Profile == Scheduling Account)
3.
Locate the unassigned Client Gateway
4.
Assign the Client Gateway to the Location
5.
Observe the panel to ensure the Location assignment is successful
