Grease Reservoir GR-15 Not Readily Emptying

The GR-15 is equipped with a removable baffle (see Figure 7-7) designed to contain liquid grease while the
unit is being moved. When tilting the unit for emptying, liquid grease will flow freely around this baffle and out
of the reservoir.

In some environments experiencing congealed (thick, solid)
grease collection, this baffle may prove restrictive during the
emptying procedure.

Solution

Fully remove the baffle as shown in Figure 7-8.
