spoon or similar.

There is a kink in the inlet
hose.
Lay out the inlet hose in such a manner that it
is not kinked.
The water tap is not
properly on.
Turn the water tap on completely.

The water is not
running off or only very
slowly.
The filters are blocked.
Clean the filters (see “Checking and cleaning
the filters” on page EN-27).
The outlet hose is kinked,
has been extended or is
hanging too high up/too
low.
Lay out the outlet hose in the proper manner
(see “Having the outlet hose connected” on
page EN-29).

The dishwasher is not
watertight.
The door seal is
defective.
Have the door seal replaced (see “Service” on
page EN-40).
The outlet hose or the
inlet hose is defective.
Have the defective hose replaced (see
“Service” on page EN-40).

There are residues or

The rinse aid is incorrectly
dosed.
Adjust the dispensed dose (see “Changing the

Soak dirty dishes prior to washing the dishes.
The dishes have not been
stacked optimally.
Stack the dishes in such a way that all
parts can be reached by the water jets (see
“Loading the dishwasher” on page EN-17).
You have selected the
incorrect programme.
Select the correct programme using the
programme table (see “Programme table” on
page EN-21).
The dishwasher detergent
is incorrectly dosed.
Dose the dishwasher detergent according to
the programme table (see “Programme table”
on page EN-21), the packaging information and
your degree of water hardness.
The water pressure is too
low.
Turn the water tap on completely.
The spraying arm can not
rotate unhindered.
Ensure that no dishes are impeding the
motion of the spraying arm.
The nozzles on the
spraying arm are blocked/
calcified.
Clean the nozzles (see “Checking and
cleaning the spraying arms” on page EN-28).
