6. Screw in the product fixing screws and tighten them gen-
tly.
7. Unfasten and remove any lifting gear that may have
been required.
8. Remove the mounting aid on a vertically suspended
spindle if one was used.
9. Check the position of the product relative to the position
of the test surface [ideally ≤ 0.01 mm] and, if necessary,
correct carefully with a plastic hammer.
10. Tighten the product fixing screws to the specified tight-
ening torque [see »Screw tightening torques« chapter].
11. Check face run-out on the test surface of the product
[ideally ≤ 0.01 mm].
12. Check the position of the product relative to the position
of the test surface [ideally ≤ 0.01 mm].
