Emergency manual descent lever

Remove the plug from the motor (1) above the bonnet and keep it
safe.
2.

Remove the handwheel from the holder and insert it into the opening
above the bonnet (2) until it engages.
3.

Remove the emergency manual descent lever from the holder and
insert it into the opening provided in the bonnet (3).
Hold the handwheel firmly before releasing the brake!

Push the lever fully up to release the service brake. Hold the
handwheel firmly.
5.
►
Turn the handwheel to move the cabin a few centimetres upwards.
6.
►
After the ascent, first release the emergency manual descent lever
(brake closes again). Only then release the handwheel.

Fall arrester cannot be unlocked: Repeat the manual ascent
until the fall arrester can be unlocked.

Stow the handwheel and emergency manual descent lever back in
the holders provided. Close the opening above the bonnet again
with the plug.

Overload limit

The rope hoist is equipped with an overload limit. If the maximum permissible
load is exceeded, the service lift is stopped and it is no longer possible to
continue upwards or downwards.
Triggering of the overload limitation is indicated by flashing of the red error
indicator light.

If the optional display is available, an overload is also indicated by the Overload
/ Temperature indicator symbol lighting up.
